I use FitDay, too. I've tried SparkPeople, which I like because it has more features, but I had already been using FitDay for a while, and had input TONS of my own custom foods, which I didn't want to have to do all over again. I like that SparkPeople has a recipe calculator and suggested meal plans and workouts and stuff. If I were starting again, I would probably just start out with Spark.
