Taking and posting the monthly pics and progress on Sunday was apparently so traumatic that I forgot to post last week's eats averages. Doh!

My fat's going higher as I've been trying. I want to get up to about 60% eventually but it's a slow process. Protein's still good, as are calories. I have started allowing my carbs to go up a bit but still only in veggie form.
Starting tomorrow, I will add in a workout (protein) smoothie with a bit of fruit in it. I've been on TNT for the 4 weeks now and, while I could stay strictly on Plan A, I'm really tanking on the workouts without that bit of fruit in my smoothies. So I guess that means I'm on Plan... B now. (Had to go look up what plan that was. LOL) If that slows down my fat loss a bit, so be it. With the warmer weather and massive outdoor activity going on (except for today!), I'm sure it won't have much negative impact, if any, on my progress.
