I can't say that I know what I've done to them, but ever since I was in my mid-twenties, my knees will ache while doing any kind of plyos or heavy lifting. After one particularly hard day of plyos my knees really swelled and I was in a ton of pain.....I packed my knees in ice that night and then continued through the pain the next day. I've just always had to deal with it.

Honestly, on most days they are fine. I knew that when I started all of the squats and lunges that I should expect the sore knees and I was right.

Nobody has any other comments? I thought I saw many of you taking both of these supplements. I just want other opinions before I go out and purchase them.
