iHERCULES training is based on the SAID principle.

Specific Adaptation

Bodybuilding.com - Charles Ridgely - Mechanical Model For Analyzing Adaptation To Training.

iHERCULES has taken non-adpative protocols, mixed in cardio elements, and provided it in format that can be adapted to many strength levels, etc.

The program has been running with 10-12 individuals for over 6 months, both genders, ages ranging from early twenites to mid fifties, and various fitness levels.
So basically you're taking an unoriginal and uninnovative re-hash of freely available programs, based on science you clearly don't understand, and then trying to sell it to people.

Throw in some of the Ryan Lee yellow-highlight pages and you're gold.
