I've been using ISO Flex for the past month and I think it's decent (a little bit on the sweet side), but the stuff is expensive in comparison to non-isolated whey! I went with an isolate though because I'm lactose intolerant. I'm not sure if there's any truth to this, but I've been told isolates absorb a lot quicker? I've been mixing it with water to take during/post-workout and with lactose-free milk at other times.
