Arrow CLA & Glucosamine

Since joining this board, I've been trying to read almost everything I can with doing the NROL4W program and am totally enjoying all the information. Thanks so much for being so knowledgable!!!

During my late night reading yesterday, I read a thread about the supplements that many of you take. I was happy to see that at least I do take the Omega-3's like many of you.

I did see that many of you take CLA. I was wondering if you could tell me if it really helps with weightloss and maintaining your lean muscle. What are your experiences with it since taking it?

The other supplement that I saw mentioned was Glucosamine. My knees ache constantly and even more so since starting the program. I'm betting that this may be a great supplement for me. Could you tell a difference after taking it for a week or two?

For both of these, are there any brands which you think stand out more than others? I stopped at GNC today but the prices were sky high. I'm thinking that ordering from Vitacost may be the better route (I get my ON Whey from there anyway).

Any information, recommendations, or testomonies would be greatly appreciated.
