Thanks, Susan. If I look
closely, I can see what you're saying. I need to change my attitude, suck it up and keep on working for more changes. After all, that was only about 2 weeks of serious nutrition adjustments and tracking. I guess I'll have to "get a grip" as one of my closest friends would say
