2. Complex - 3x10 -DBs - Hang Snatch, Squat+Press, Pushup+Core Row w/25lbbs 1 min rests
3. 24's - 1:59
4. Tabata - Burpees/Moutain CLimber/Squat/Pushups
Just a quick Cardio day. Improved my 24's time by 3s, not too bad. Can't imagine being able to do them any faster though. We'll see I guess.
