Incline DB Bench Press: 3 x 8 @ 55EH 90s (+5)
DB Bent Row: 2 x 8 @ 35, 1 x 8 @ 40 EH 90s
Standing BB Curls: 3 x 8 @ 40 + Bar 60s
Tricep Press - Downs: 3 x 8 @ 57.5 (+5)
Comments: This was a good workout. I felt nice and loose.
