For the record, I'm knowing at least 2 others who have the same experience. The first is an online friend who's hypothyroid and also having adrenal fatigue. Her real body temperature is very low too, sometimes not even reaching 36°C at all. She gets cold after eating too.
My MIL also had this experience after eating. She had a quite severa auto-immune disease.
So, while not unique, it's certainly not a very healthy sign.
