Well I went ahead and had a small amount of carbs with my protien pre-workout. Didn't sit that well in my stomach so I skipped the post workout carbs and just had protien. Iv'e heard that hormone levels can drop so I thought switching plans may help give them a boost. I have decided to stay on plan a and maybe do this tiny carb up 1 x every 2-3 weeks b/c I was so much stronger in the gym today, lifts were up!! Woohoo! My diet previous to this one was pretty lo carb and low fat and low calorie, and has been for awhile. I have had horrible times with bingeing in the past which has all but dissapeared! That is my favorite part of this diet! I am slowly working my way up in calories, was eating max 1200, now am up to 1450-1500 most days. I have overcame some big mental blocks about upping calories and fat! Thanks for your feedback and I'm sure I'll be back for more ???
