two sites w/ good classes are : Yoga Today and www.elsiesyogakula.com (<-I think that's the one...).
They're free, usually and hour long and previously were download-able on iTunes. Most of the classes on iTunes are a lot shorter and I find I need a good 45-60mins.
It took me a long time to "come around" to yoga. I justified by saying, 'well at least it's bodyweight resistance and good stretching.' But I only did it as a "side dish" to any other training, or on an "off day" in other words.
I've done Ashtanga and Hatha b/c those seem to be the most popular & basic; plus Iyvengar (sp??) and Kundalini.
By FAR and away the biggest determining factor of what I'm going to "get out" of a class is the instructor. And I guess in the first couple of years, the instructors I happened to seek out were dolts & not experienced. ("THIS is what yoga is?!!!" I thought.) So, like I said, took me a long time to come around.
Namaste!!
