Hey Everyone!
How is everyone doing? Well, today I decided I would look around for some good fitness/weightlifting forums to join. I love working out and getting up to the gym as much as possible. Nothing beats hitting some heavy weights and building those muscles.
I try to make it up to the gym about 4-6 days out of the week. In that time I usually have 2 upper body work outs, 1 legger as I call them, and 2 cardio workouts as well.
Anyways, that's enough about me for now. I look forward to talking with all of you a little more in the forums. Catch ya later!
