Anyones advice would be helpful as I was wanting to start plan b tomorrow. I left out a couple things in my previous post. I am a 31 old female and 5'4" sitting at 131#.Does anyone have any suggestions to get things going again?More cardio,less calories,more calories?I'm stumped and can't get logged in over at MH website to ask over there.Thank You!
