I'm totally entertained by all the typos in my previous posts. Apparently I can't type after I work out.

Workout B Day 5:
3 sets each
Deadlifts: (with dumbbells) 10x50
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 10x24
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 10x40
Lunge: 10x24
Swiss ball crunch: 10xBW
