Your protein doesn't seem too high to me, but it does seem like your carbs are pretty low. Are you doing it that way for a reason?
My macros today are Carb/Proten/Fat = 38% / 28% / 31%. If that's about what you're shooting for, I would add in more fruit or whole grains to get the carbs up (25% is REALLY low - even 40% is on the low end, but I can't get away with a lot of carbs), and watch where my fat is coming from. If you need ideas on how to balance your macros (or if you WANT ideas, really, because who am I to tell you what to do?

), you could post what you're eating in a day. I'm sure everyone would have some good ideas for how to balance it out more to what you want.
It must be hard trying to eat around kids. I bet they get jealous if you have a snack and they don't!
