From the other thread in which someone complained of getting cold after eating, I learnt that the dizziness can also be a result from low blood pressure.
I've experienced the latter (dizziness) in the last few days, but not the former (feeling cold after a meal) and do know my blood pressure runs a tad low.
Apart from eating more, you can also solve this by using more salt, esp. sea salt or other salts that also contain magnesium & potassium apart from sodium.
