TNT! Ready to switch plans? Need advice!
I Have been on the TNT diet for 4 weeks now. I have felt great, no binges and no cravings,never hungry, which is HUGE for me. I'm unsure if I should move to plan b yet or not. I have lost @ 3 pounds,didn't take measurements(duh), but can tell I'm a little leaner in the abs but jeans all fit the same!I seem to be stuck at 131# even though a week and a half ago I was down to 128#. I do track my calories(1400+/_) and always stay below 30 gr. carbs.I lift 3 days/week fullbody(heavy) and do 20 min. cardio 2-3x/week.I'm not as concerned about the number on the scale as I am in clothes getting looser. Any advice would be great!
