That's great. That's still my daily challenge. I do plan out my days--can't imagine otherwise!--but I keep wanting to slip in little things here and there. An extra scoop of yogurt, an extra tablespoon of peanuts...it adds up. I need to keep my nibbling at bay!
I think your idea of cutting out the calorie cycling is a good one to try and see how it goes. I think I might try that too. I want to eat more on the days
after my weights routines, not on the days themselves.
