Oh okay. Thanks for letting me know that the information is not correct. Next time I will not trust any training article unless its from someone like robertson, boyle, cressey, cosgrave, always, hartman, and thats probably about it. I thought just because this was posted on T-Nation, I thought it was good information. I guess I cannot trust everything posted at T-Nation and especially by authors I have no idea about.
