Sometimes I forget to eat and start to get dizzy and nasueous in the evening. Is it normal to let your energy get that low without stomach rumblings or any other warning?

I haven't been doing plan A as long as you but I have noticed that I never really want to eat (not that I don't want to eat just no particular urge to eat) and I never feel hungry. The other day I did get a little light headed and then realized that I hadn't really had enough to eat for the day. So I guess I share the fact that I don't have any hunger mechanism that kicks in before the low energy stuff anymore. I just make sure I eat at regular mealtimes and have some snacks so I get enough food. Other than the day I described every time I have eaten I have felt like I could wait to eat since about the 4-5 day mark.
This is all very new for me. I used to get hungry between meals and even if I wasn't hungry if food was available (like someone brought some treats to work or I was getting coffee at a coffee shop and noticed the food case) I would often eat it just because I wanted to eat. I expected the appetite control from TNT but I am surprised that it has helped with my cravings and urges to eat that are not hunger related.
