Did workout B yesterday - although I have to admit to a half assed effort.

I have a doozy of a cold/flu and should not have even bothered but I did it. :P Also did LIGHT cardio today - with a cold, my resting HR is much higher so I don't have to do much to get HR into 'the zone'.
I actually feel much better today although my voice is completely shot! Had to call off from work today - I'm a nurse and deal with 75-100 people daily including lots of little kids so croaking at them was not a good plan. I volunteered to work two other days this week to help out and make up for missing today.
Tried Joseph's low(er) carb flax/oat pitas today. Very yummy and only 60 cals! Had one with some (almost dry) stirfry of chicken breast, onions and peppers.. Yummy!
