To add: methyl-b12 (not the regular cyano B12! also as lozenges , not as capsules or tablets). Also, but i've had only short-term experience: N-acetyl tyrosine.
Oh, and forgot the omega3s of course.
ETA: apparently the author is a big advocate of high doses vitamin D3.

To subtract: no gluten, dairy or (to a lesser extent) cheese & legumes
Seriously, when I have had gluten my short-term memory is 'shot' within hours. With prolonged exposure to dairy, it takes more time, but short-term memory deteriorates as well.
Can't really say sugars affect it as much. But I do get sleepy from carbs, so sticking to mostly protein + fats in the period you want to be 'sharp' is a better idea.
