That will likely further the imbalances you have which caused this problem, in all likelihood leading to similar problems with that shoulder. Instead, rest the shoulder from all "traditional" exercise for a few weeks, and start a corrective exercise program for your shoulders. When you are feeling better (2-4 weeks) add back in your upper body program while continuing the corrective stuff. JMO.
