Yes he can Steve. He has Gasol. Did you watch the Lakers vs. the Suns game the other night with Shaq's debut? It was close the whole game and the Lakers won by 5. Kobe also got 40 something points that game. They won the season series against the Suns 3-1. Winning has nothing to do with Kobe's physical shape though. In order to win a championship, more than one player needs to step up and make baskets. Kobe cannot do everything by himself. Basketball is a team sport just like Softball, Soccer, Football, and many other sports.
