Exercises for your office/cube
Do any of you ever feel like you're getting fat and lazy while sitting at your desk on a non-workout day? I feel like my metabolism goes to crap when I'm in the office. Anyway, if anyone has any exercises that they do to keep their fatburning up, please post!
By the way, these exercises would have to be discreet. It'd be kinda awkard to be doing jumping jacks, pushups, crunches, etc when your boss surprises you with a visit.
