I'M BAAAAAACK
after a bit of a "break" from the madness of dieting and too much structure, i'm back.
i did my first workout of stage one on wednesday
i'm eating lower calories on my off days and higher calories on workout days, but my calories are lower than those recommended in the book.
i'm also shooting for a more general range of fat carb and protein. i know it makes no sense, but to me, giving myself a range each day is much more mentally easy than giving myself one target.
today was an off day. eats were good

lowerish carbs, higherish fat, moderate protein. total cals were 1350.
tomorrow i'm up an at em at 6am to eat breaky and get my workout in. then i'll be spending the morning packing up my car and the afternoon making the 8 hr move to my new apartment

yay!
next week the plan is to turn my "off" days during the week into running days. i plan on doing two lifting days and three running days. i'm going to do the couch to 5k program for that and potentially run a 5k this summer
