When we eat our blood pressure drops to some degree due to the blood pulling away from extremities to aid digestion. This is going to be mad worse by three things for you currently...
-Eating in a deficit
-Eating on average more protein/fats (as a higher carbohydrate diets leads to higher blood pressure overall in most cases)
-Restricting sodium to much with excess fluids
I would recommend making sure you have a proper sodium balance, meaning maybe add a little extra shake of salt to your meals and if able give a little movement after eating.
