You can indeed eat exactly the same for breakfast as for lunch or dinner. It's just that most won't have that much time for it. Cold or reheated leftovers will be the most practical approach.

Loving them.. fried or scrambled (esp. w salmon or ham w mushrooms), poached (as in soup w veggies) boilt (only in a hurry) and most of all as an omelette w fruit & coconut.
Some people go low carb with the exception of breakfast, seems they can't live without oat porridge.
