I just use about a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and a pinch of sugar (I don't like sweet) and stir that with boiling water and it often does the trick.

I can't believe the furniture people are messing with you! Don't they know that you have biceps that should not be trifled with?

Thanks for the Cathe recommendations--I'm so buying a few new ones. I love my IMAX 3 but I'm doing it so much I'll get sick of it, and I don't want that. By the way, if you want to try something new--I have Amy Bento's Advanced Step Challenge II and once I learned the moves (tough for a klutz like me) I LOVE it. It's really fun.
Uh oh - sorry about causing some cravings!!

The furniture delivery was a success - this time it wasn't damaged! DH got it put together last night and all is well!

I love Cathe Friedrich, too. I have her pyramid upper and lower body workouts. For fun tough aerobics, Christy Taylor is the best! Solid Gold Cardio is my favorite!
It's on the FedEx truck for delivery - should be here this morning!!!! WOOOHOOOOO!
