So on my birthday I decided not to skip my workout and it kicked my butt. I forgot to see what my goal weight should have been. The weight I did was really a challenge. I really did not want to run after this as my legs were dead, but I pushed through and did my 3 miles. All the long dreaming of tonights birthday meal at Flemings Steak House. I am sure to get my protein in tonight.
