Nothing stellar about the workout. It was.....a workout!

The plan was for a Cathe Step Aerobics DVD, but they are usually close to an hour long. I was waiting for delivery of our final piece of office furniture - the lateral file (again, since the last one we got was damaged! GRRRR) - and they gave the poor truck driver the WRONG address. He was waaaaay down the road and his cell service kept dropping when he would call me for directions!!! He finally got here, but it was close to 4:30pm by that time so I opted for the quicker 30 min treadmill workout.
