my forum fu is sub par. i tried to do a search for anything about the abs diet but it just brought up anything with the word diet in it. even when i put it in quotes. anyway, have any of you tried it or had success with it? any opinions? my wife was mentioning that she was thinking of trying it and i figured i would try to get some informed opinions about its effectiveness. thanks.
