Weak Pushes - OK Pulls
Hi,
I have a basic question.
I started lifting 2 month ago and have worked NROL through Fat Loss 1.
Squats(3*10*145) and Deads(3*10*165) seem to be progressing nicely.
Pull downs(3*10*112.5) are OK as well.
But any pushes; DB Push press, DB bench press etc are very weak.
I can only push press 3*10*27.5(e) and incline bench 3*10*35lb(e).
I tried incline benching with 40lb db last night and couldn't get them over my head.
Is this unusual?
Might I have an imbalance?
Should I stop whining and lift???
Any recommendations are appreciated.
