I've missed a lot of workouts, lately and I'm still making progress. The key is not to let it get you down. You get down on one aspect and you stop keeping up with the other aspects.

It's hard for me when the missed workout is from something stupid. I tend to cave on the food, too. I've been doing okay, this last couple of weeks, though, despite a lot of missed or delayed workouts.
