I was 208 this fall (after Thanksgiving). 193 on the scale this past Friday.

At work I hear comments from a lot of the staff. Went to give blood yesterday and the staff noticed it too. Not wearing clothing that's different. Am down a notch on my belt though. My daughter noticed it too one day when I was walking around w/o my shirt on. "Daddy, no spare tire" (thanks to the ex for getting her going on that). My GF loves it...my stomach is getting flat for the first time in years.

My plan isn't too bad. I workout M/W/F using one of the workouts from Muscle Revolution. Takes me 25 minutes or so. Then I hit the treadmill for 30 minutes (sometimes 20, mostly 30). I usually get in 2.8 miles in 30 minutes with a mix of walking, jogging, running. Eating? Less crap. A lot less crap. If I'm in the mood for chips I'll eat an apple or banana then will buy a small bag of them - after the fruit I'm not so hungry. I still eat the occasional pastry but I save those for special moments like with the gf and I go out for morning coffee. Then we split one and savor it.

My attitude has changed a lot too. I'm not drawn to crappy foods now. Cheat meals? Sure but I control them - a couple of slices of pizza and a glass of wine instead an entire pizza and a bottle of wine.

I'm trying to get down to 180 now. Sitting at a plateau right now and could use some new pants but I'll wait. Maybe I can hit 180 before my "stimulus check" arrives.
