Nice rocks btw. The hubby did well this year.  V-day is such a girl holiday. I was working at the gym with my trainer on this day and he was freaking out about what he was going to do as were the other guys. The girls were all just grinning and relaxed. I mean how many of us went through this sort of expense and trouble for our guys? LOL!!

While Tracey covered it I would like to state that this is based as well on her specific activity level as well, for a 1 week period of time and to occur while no aggressive training is had. This is hardly the same as running 3.0 miles on a treadmill, doing full body complexes and eating 1200 calories a day. Not the same thing.
As a side note I could not be happier with Tracey's achievement and her continuing education since working with me. She is truly a A+ student.
