Race Pace
5 miles at 42:32 (8:31 pace) once again a bit faster then I plan on running the race.
Over things went well. I was surprised at how just adding 25 lbs to the chin ups made doing 3 really hard. It was good to run for this long for that fast to help burn of the valentines gorge fest.
