I've got to second this. I was doing TNT and really wasn't seeing much difference on the scale, pics, or measurements. I ended up switching to guidelines more like the Metabolism Advantage plan and have progressed well since then. I think that you really have to just dial in to what your body best responds to and then stick with it. I average between 150-200 carbs and feel great, my workouts have been great, and I've lost about 10 pounds since switching.
