I don't lose on TNT unless I make a conscious effort to eat less than I would like.
At the beginning, it took a week of trying to eat less, then I sort of adjusted to it. That kept me going for a long, long time. But, now, I really have to look at my food and know that I need to eat a little less than that satisfying looking plate of food.
One problem is that people make or dish up the amount of food that they think they will eat. Then, they eat it. Many of us fail to leave food on the plate when we are "satisfied, but not full." I think that's the TNT guideline, right?
