This whole thread makes me uneasy. I'm with Lisa.
You know what? We're all living our own lives. You don't have the right to point at a fat person, dietician or otherwise, and laugh at them. That's cruelty, and it speaks volumes to the author's own vanity.
Do you think you're above this person because you work out and have a great body? I'm sure I could point you to several prison inmates with six packs. Do you think this woman is an idiot about food because she's got some weight to lose? It seems her award would disagree. Her education has nothing to do with her body.
If you went to her as a dietician, it's your choice to trust her or not. And yes, it's unfortunate that she won't make the time to take care of herself. But that is all.
None of you are better people than this woman. In fact, anyone who would point to someone and laugh at them because their physical appearance is at odds with their chosen occupation is a very small person indeed.
