Count me in as another who fails miserably on low carb diets. No problem cutting out bread pasta or rice, but take my oats away from me and I'll chew yer hand off.

My hubby does great on low carb when he can stick to it but I'm miserable, both mentally and physically. I can go as low as about 30% but that's about it. I lost 45# at about 50% carbs, so it can be done.
