Well, thanks for the replies. I know getting bigger is about eating more but I also think that a good training program should be in place, right? From his Hardcore training article I assume that one can build good size using his manuals while eating correctly. As for fighting, I've started a thread about training for fighting and I'm going to be joining a boxing club. Now about getting stronger, being mainly strong in the lifts isn't my main goal, I wanna get stronger all around, punch harder, throw further and faster, kick harder....You know, when you do things at the beach or park that make people go all "oOoOohhh". Wierd explanation but I think you catch my drift. As for conditioning, I think his programs got me covered.
