I've been thinking about getting both of Ross's manuals: "Infinite Intensity" and "Never Gymless". I'll tell you my goals and hopefully you can give me your opinion on this. My goal(s) is/are to get bigger and stronger and more conditioned. Let me get into more detail here, I wanna get bigger 'cuz I'm currently skinny, I've been eating according to PN for a while now but I'm going to need to up my calories, I'll do it as the PN individualization guide says, baby steps. As for getting stronger, I want to get stronger in the gym (pile on 45 lbs. plates for my exercises) and not only that, I want to be stronger in life situations, such as being able to move heavy stuff, hold my ground if a fight ever happens, be able to kick a door down if someone is stuck on the other side. As for getting conditioned, I'm an ex-smoker so my stamina is REALLY bad, I want to be able to run a block without catching my breath everytime. I want to be able to run up the stairs when the lifts are crowding up without coming out panting and gasping for air. I hope that gives a general idea about my goals. Oh...If you want a visual picture of how I mainly want to look, Ross's picture on his website is good

, well-muscled, powerful looking, low bodyfat, and just enough veins to make you look...well, amazing

. Or, think Sly in Rambo III. Sorry if I bored you to death but I hope I can get a good response. Thanks.
