she may be brilliant at planning in hospital meals for brittle diabetics with one working kidney who are post-surgical after a car accident with crush injuries and a complex medication plan (assuming that is a complex dietary situation) - to discount her expertise at a loved one's bedside based on her weight might be short-sighted (just my opinion, YMMV)
