reverse lunge from box with forward reach 2 x 10 with 5lb dbs
dumbell prone cuban snatch 1 x 10 with 5 lb dbs, 1 x10 with 10 lb dbs
swiss ball crunch 2 x10 with large medicine ball, long lever
reverse crunch 2 x10
lateral flexion 2 x 10
prone cobra 2 x 90 sec.
and afterward, just for shits and giggles, I used my new straps to see what I could dead with them-- 2 reps of 145 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
