I think I remember seeing some reviews of some gluten free beers. I'll see if I can find them.

I only tried 5 each side body weight. Never can tell what Tim will have me do next, so they could very well be in the workout I'm going to get Friday.

Thanks Karen - the only drawback at the moment to progress was the beer (and associated nights out). Gonna be indoors this week, so will likely be back to normal.
