Coach, here is the problem with that thinking...some people may not know for certain. They may not be able to read their bodies with precision and by the time the pain starts, it's too late. It's going to take a lot longer than one week to recover.

I tend to take the week regardless, just to be safe. I've had lateral epicondylitis (also bursitis). I don't want to chance that pain again. I'm a wuss.
