hey! doing a 12 week 5k training plan out of fuhrman university--they profiled it in runners world a while back--3 plus 2--basically 3 key workouts track, tempo, long
today was on treadmill
1/2 mile warmup at 5.2 mph
8 x 0.25 miles at 7.0 mph with 0.25 mile rest segment in between at 5.2 mph
1/2 mile cooldown at 5.2 mph.
happy to report that I did the whole workout, with a pretty decent heartrate besides. fun times! then massage and thai food with jay, then I taught at FSU. now ed and I are going to a new raw foods restaurant. will report later.
