Warmup: Various crap that I'm too lazy to type out. Deadlifts of 1 x 5 x 95#, 1 x 5 x 135#, 1 x 5 x 155#.
Deadlift: 3 x 8 x 175#.
DB shoulder press: 3 x 8 x 27.5#e (55# total).
Wide-grip lat pulldown: 3 x 8 x 120#.
Lunge: 1 x 8 x 40#, 1 x 8 x 45#, 1 x 8 x 50#.
Swissball crunch: 3 x 15 x BW, feet elevated on 18" step.
HIIT on treadmill:
2" warmup @ 3.5 mph
5 sets of: 1" @ 7 mph, 2" @ 3.5 mph
I felt pretty good today in general. Canned foot is still sore but much, much better and cricked neck is also getting better. Neither one really affected much of my workout today so that was very cool.
Just the AMRAPS left now in Stage 1!!
